Pastor Tim Russ and his wife Marty came to Owensboro in June of 2005. Pastor Russ is a man with great vision for Owensboro and the surrounding areas. He is a man filled with biblical wisdom and enthusiasm for the Lord. He is a true people person in every sense of the word. His excitement and passion for the Word of God is evident in his preaching. His heart for Christ and his love and dedication to his family and the people of Greater Vision Baptist Church is evidenced in his commitment to reaching lost souls for Christ. Pastor Russ and Marty have been married now for 25 years and they have been blessed with two sons, Andrew and Jared.
